The following is a general summary of warranties provided by Bimla Traders for its products only. We request customers to read this page carefully at the time of purchase.
How to Claim Warranty
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free warranty process, please follow the steps below:
- Explain the issue clearly in your email and, if possible, attach photos or videos showing the defect.

- Product name and issue
- Clear image/video of the defect
- Copy of your purchase invoice

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.
If your claim qualifies under warranty, you will receive instructions to send your product to our service address.
Once we receive the defective product in our warehouse, we will dispatch a repaired or replacement unit within 5–7 working days.
Warranty for Products Purchased from Other Platforms
If you purchased a Bimla Traders product from Amazon, Flipkart, or any other authorized e-commerce portal:
- Email your purchase details and invoice to bimla.g7@gmail.com.
- Our team will review your claim and contact you within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, you will be asked to send your product to our warehouse.
- A repaired or replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days of receiving the defective item.
Dispatch Timeline
It may take 5–7 working days (after receiving your product) to dispatch a repaired or replacement item.
This includes 24–48 hours for quality checks and the remaining time for repair or approval.
Shipping & Courier Charges
- Customers are required to bear the courier charges for sending the product to our warehouse.
- Return shipping (new/repaired product) will also be charged to the customer in case of off-site warranty.
- Payment can be made through:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, AMEX)
- Net Banking (HDFC, ICICI, Axis, SBI, Bank of Baroda, Yes Bank, etc.)
- UPI or Wallets (where applicable)
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Transportation damages (to be claimed through courier insurance if applicable).
- Installation, demonstration, or setup services.
- User-caused faults or mishandling.
- Pest, chemical, or corrosive damage.
- Rusting or discoloration.
- Damage due to voltage fluctuations, power surges, or outages.
- Normal wear and tear, or misuse.
- Products serviced or opened by unauthorized technicians.
- Damage due to overloading, water contact, or poor maintenance.
- Products damaged during return transit due to improper packaging.
- Any defect caused by accident, neglect, or force majeure.
- Repairs required due to lack of routine maintenance.
- Products used for commercial or industrial purposes (unless specified).
All products are designed for domestic use only, unless otherwise mentioned.
Warranty service will be provided only through authorized service partners during working hours.
Terms and Conditions
- Warranty starts from the date of product dispatch from our warehouse.
- Bimla Traders reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide a substitute product of equivalent functionality.
- If a product is unavailable, we may issue a refund as per the below structure:
- 100% refund if claimed within 14 days of delivery
- 70% refund if claimed within 15–90 days
- 50% refund if claimed within 91–180 days
- 30% refund if claimed after 180 days
- Customers must send the product in its original packaging for warranty processing.
- Bimla Traders is not responsible for any damage to the product during return transit.
- Products purchased from other e-commerce portals must have their warranty activated within 30 days of delivery.
- Courier charges for sending the new/repaired product will be borne by the customer (for off-site warranty).
- The original warranty duration continues from the initial purchase date, even after repair/replacement.
