1. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return: Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
1. A ₹5 marketplace fee will be applied to all orders, irrespective of the order value or delivery amount. This fee helps us maintain the platform and improve overall service quality. The marketplace fee is non-refundable once the order is placed, even in case of cancellation or return.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee : For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional ₹10 COD fee will be charged. This COD fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including order cancellation, rejection, or return.
Refund Process: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your Bimla Traders account as a store credit within 48 hours.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial store credits may be granted (e.g., for items that are not in their original condition or have been damaged due to misuse).
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a wrong or defective product).
This policy applies to all types of orders, whether paid via cash on delivery or online payment.
4. Exchanges

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time:
Check with your bank: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your credit card company: There may be processing delays on their end.

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once it arrives.
